What are you listening to?

There are so many LOUD voices speaking today in our culture. So much trying to get your attention, so much trying to be the loudest thing you hear.

There is one thing… ONLY ONE THING…. that never changes.. it’s called the Word of God…The Bible… no longer the dusty thing in the corner.. it’s just the app that rarely gets opened and a notification that doesn’t get much attention every day with the “verse of the day”.

I have been intentional about looking at, studying and memorizing God’s word for almost 3 decades now.. the one thing I have realized is… I can do better!!!

Yep.. I forget, yes, I do a “quickie read”…. yes, I get so busy, I put “it” off for tomorrow……. and the voices get

We are living in a time that is necessary to be real and be focused about what you believe and what is important to you.

We are living in a time when there is so much out there claiming to be true, that is a lie!

Truth is vital. Truth is real and truth is only found through Christ. He said himself that HE is the way, the TRUTH and the life….

If you believe him, if you follow him, then you MUST listen to him.

If your faith tank is running low, there is one sure way to fill it up. Dig in, ask questions, seek, knock on doors and I guarantee, things will change!!!

I want to encourage you to confidently know him better than you know facebook, know him better than your hobbies, know him better than your spouse or your family.. Know him better than anything and everything else will work out great!! (Matt 6:33-34)
