1. God Remembers Us:
Talk about the ultimate family!!! The best foundation of any family is to remember the love that only the Father above can share with us. It is my job as a husband and father to follow that lead. He is a God of love, a God of blessing, a God of increase. As parents we must learn to love with His kind of love, to bless the ways He would bless and increase the way He would increase.
2. Time
Anytime you “remember”… It usually means you take time to do it. Reflection. Abiding. Attention. Sometimes it takes time away or special moments to experience that. We don’t remember because it is a have to.. we miss the point then… it is because we get to. Spend time with each other and in that you will experience true blessing.
3. Authenticity
Any kid can see through some fake move. Hey.. here’s $5 go buy something nice for yourself.. Hey.. let’s go to lunch and then I’ll just take off afterwards because I really don’t have time for you anyway…. Authenticity is vital in any family. Quality always outweighs quantity. Build moments.. be a family of love, a family of blessing and a family of increase.. it’s one of the greatest gifts you can ever give.
So.. here’s a big reality.. we’re not perfect.. but if we strive after that which is perfect, he will make what is imperfect perfect in us. Go for it.. Remember.. take time.. be authentic and always remember….. #GodsGotThis !!!!
